What are the benefits?
The same technology is used in the G2 as in all other Cybex child seats, with the energy-absorbing seat shell able to dissipate the force from an impact, redirecting it away from your child, ensuring they are as safe as possible in the event of an accident. If you’re used to strapping your child into a traditional-style seat with a five-point harness, transitioning to a seat that uses the car seatbelt as the only restraint might feel a little concerning. We’ve not been able to test the longevity of the seat from that perspective yet, but everything feels well made and the materials used ooze quality. The fabrics feel like they will last the distance, and every cover is removable and washable, ensuring the seat stays fresh and clean throughout the years.
