Toms TRVL Lite Moc Chukka Boots

New to Toms autumn/winter range, the TRVL Moc Chukka Boots are a take on the Desert boot, but are a vision in suede. They are available in two colours, coffee or black, but we prefer coffee because it has a warmer feel and looks great against the white sole.
The Chukka boots look great and can be paired with jeans and a sweatshirt or overshirt, as worn by our model, or would look equally as good worn with chinos and a blazer for a more formal look. They are comfortable to wear, too, which will be a bonus if you’re out and about a lot this party season, although they do come up a little big, so beware of that when you order. Being suede, they give a little as they wear in, but take that into account, and you’ll be happy with your choice.
One word of warning, though — as they are suede, you might want to protect them correctly before heading out into any wet winter weather, as there is no mention of waterproofing. Better to be safe than sorry, and keep your Toms looking tip-top this season and beyond.
Santa Cruz Digi Dot Women’s T-Shirt

This regular fit cord overshirt is part of the men’s collection at Wax, but we think it works no matter who you are. It’s made from super soft cotton blend corduroy, and it feels fabulous to both wear and touch.
With a standard collar and patch breast pockets, the Whiting Cord Overshirt looks stylish and comfortable in equal measure — in fact, it was our pick of the overshirts we looked at for both quality and versatility.
Wax London Whiting Overshirt in Navy Astro Check

The Whiting overshirt from Wax is sustainably made using 90% recycled cotton — something which Wax is passionate about. It’s a pretty heavyweight material, which makes the Whiting overshirt a tremendous top layer this season.
When we head out of winter towards the warmer temperatures of spring, the versatility of this shirt means you can forget the extra layers underneath and just wear the shirt — the material might be heavyweight, but it has a soft feel that makes it comfortable to wear against the skin, too. Given the price tag, it isn’t one to impulse buy, but it will wear well for several seasons.
Lands’ End Women’s Water Repellent Waxed Cotton Jacket

For those days when the winter weather gets a little too much, this stylish women’s waxed cotton jacket will be the perfect outwear not only to look great but also to keep you warm and dry.
The waxed jacket look is great for both town and country, and this particular jacket has a timeless elegance that we love. Underneath the rain-repellent waxed outer, you’ll be kept warm by the 100% recycled polyester insulation. The outer flap and pockets are held closed by poppers, which can be a little stiff to open and close, to begin with, but that gives you the peace of mind that they are nice and secure.

It’s a nice jacket for those chillier days as we head into winter, and with a standing collar, once it is zipped up, drafts will be kept well and truly at bay.
Lands’ End Women’s Classic Wool Coat
